Johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing guarantees any completed repair for a period of six (6) months. If a repair or part fails, we will return during regular business hours to diagnose it at no additional cost.
Drain Cleared, or It’s Free
Johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing guarantees any completed Drain Clearing will remain clog-free for six (6) months. If your drain clogs during that time period and you have completed any recommended repairs, we will return during regular business hours to diagnose the problem for FREE.
1-Year Money Back Installation Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your system installed by Johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing at any time during the first year, give us a call and we will return during regular business hours to diagnose the issue at no additional cost. If the section we repaired fails due to defects in workmanship or the materials during the guarantee period, we will return during regular business hours to repair or replace that section it for FREE.**
